This policy explains what information DevEarth Solutions("we") collects through this website and through Chatroot, our WhatsApp bot and CRM service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business name, the service you need and your message.
• WhatsApp: messages you send to our WhatsApp number, so we can reply.
• Website analytics: if enabled, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies.
• Chatroot clients: your business details, your bot's answers, and the WhatsApp chats your customers send to your connected number, plus the details they share (such as their name).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotes.
• To provide Chatroot: answering your customers, showing chats, leads and complaints in your CRM and portal.
• To improve our website and services.

Chatroot and your customers' data

For Chatroot clients, you decide which number is connected and what the bot answers. Your customers' chats are used only to reply to them and to show you your own history. To write replies, message text is sent to our AI provider, which processes it on our behalf. We never sell or share your data with anyone for their own use.

Sharing

We share information only with services that help us run our business (email delivery, hosting, AI replies, analytics), under their own security terms, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose above or as the law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), protected logins and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
