Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, order a project from DevEarth Solutions, or use Chatroot.

Projects (websites, stores, web apps)

• Scope, price and timeline are agreed in a written quote before work starts.
• Timelines start once we have the content and details we need from you.
• Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Chatroot subscriptions

• Plans are monthly. There is no setup fee and no long contract; you can stop any time and your plan runs until the end of the paid month.
• A 3-day free trial is available on request and is activated by our team.
• Payment is by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Your plan is activated once payment is confirmed.
• Each plan includes a number of AI replies a month; extra replies can be bought.
• If you are not happy with the service, contact our team about a refund.

Fair use of WhatsApp

• Chatroot replies to customers who message you. Do not use it to send bulk or spam messages.
• You must follow WhatsApp's own terms. WhatsApp can restrict numbers that break its rules; we are not responsible for such restrictions.
• You are responsible for the information your bot gives (prices, policies) and for keeping it up to date.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our services available and correct, but we can't guarantee they are free of interruptions or errors (for example when WhatsApp, the internet or a provider is down). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Changes to prices apply from your next billing month, and we tell you before they do.
